Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and/or place orders for items from Hair Loss Ireland. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

You may phone us at 353 1 5136798. Telephone calls to and from Hair Loss Ireland may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.

Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days.

The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 7 working days. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 7 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

Returns/Refunds
You may return most items, in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging by Post. To return please e-mail customerservice@hairlossireland.ie or call 353 1 5136798 and we will send you returns information.

Any associated returns charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.
Please note we are not responsible or liable for any delay in receipt of your goods due to weather-related problems, Acts of God or issues with An Post/DPD/Royal Mail and any other couriers.

Refunds will be issued once goods have been returned and fully inspected to make sure you have adhered to the terms of returning the goods.

Before we issue a refund because of non-delivery of goods please allow up to at least 21 working days for the delivery to take place. During times of bad weather or busy periods like Christmas and New years delivery can take longer. We will not issue a refund unless a period of 21 working day has elapsed this we feel is adequate time for deliveries to reach even the furthest parts of Ireland that cannot avail of regular local deliveries

Prices

All prices on this website are shown in Euro. The prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in Euro.

We use Paypal as our payment processor all transactions will go through Paypal no matter how the transaction has been carried out be it by order on the website or by phone.

The name that will appear on your statement will Be Lifestyle Direct.

All payments are either in Euro or British Pounds.

Usage
All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic use only. Please contact us for further information if you intend using any products in a business or public environment as we also have a wholesale supply service.

If you do have a complaint please e-mail us at customerservice@hairlossireland.ie or call 353 1 5136798. Hair Loss Ireland welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.

Law
Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the law applicable to this agreement are the laws of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
